This policy covers On The Line, a goal accountability web app at ontheline.wizardindustries.app that lets you set a goal, put a stake on it, and have a friend act as referee who confirms your check-ins.
We collect the account details you give us (name, email) and the goals, stakes, and referee activity you create in the app. That's it — we don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile information (name and profile picture) and your email address. We use your email address to identify your account and to send goal reminders and referee decisions, and your name so the referees and group members you invite know whose check-in they're reviewing. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service. On The Line's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions page.
We use your data to run the app: tracking goals, notifying referees, and settling stakes. We may email you about your account or important product updates.
When you name a referee, they can see the goal, stake, and progress you've shared with them so they can confirm whether you followed through.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@ontheline.wizardindustries.app. Deleting your account removes your profile, goals, check-ins, and stake records.
